1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods like new drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
Free Shipping: on all U.S. orders over $150.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size. Delivery times are estimated by carriers and may vary depending on external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, but international shipping will be available in the future. Stay tuned!

4. Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mixed Mini is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier due to incorrect addresses or theft.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

5. Limited Edition Items

Items marked as limited edition may require additional fulfillment time. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also log into your Mixed Mini account to check your order status anytime.
